摘　　要：分析了歪头山铁矿提铁降硅工艺现状及存在的问题,并论述了细筛增加、浓缩磁选机扩容、返矿工艺、二筛筛下产品进入磁选柱及提铁降硅工艺自由度改造等,最终实现产能提高、工艺顺行。The status and existent problems of technological process for increasing Fe ＆ decreasing SiO2 in concentrates in Waitoushan Beneficiation Plant are discussed. Improvement measure such as adding of fine sieves, increase of magnetic separator capacity, rearrangement of returns treating process, treating of undersize from second sieve by magnetic separation column are explained.
