二维物体斜面黑线运动光电传感器应用研究

摘　　要：系统运用机械运动原理、自动控制技术、传感器技术及单片机控制技术让物体能沿2厘米宽无规则黑曲线运动、到达指定坐标点、画圆等二维空间运动要求。在凌阳单片机的控制下,采用键盘作为外部数据、命令控制输入。同时系统采用了两个交流减速齿轮电动机、两个定滑轮、以及其他的辅助设备作为悬挂物体运动控制装置。系统实现了数据处理、电机控制、识别黑色曲线、选择正确的移动寻迹方向等功能。本文主要研究识别黑线的传感器组合,提高走线准确度。This system makes use of the principle of mechanical movements, automatic control technology; sensor technology and single chip control technology which enable the object undergo two - dimensional space motions such as moving along the irreg- ular black curve of 2cm wide, reaching the designated coordinates of a point, drawing circles and etc. Under the command of Sun- plus Single Chip it adopts the keyboard as the exterior input of data and command control. In the meantime, the system includes two AC reduction gear motors, two fixed pulleys ; and a few other auxiliary apparatuses which serve as the motion control devices of suspensor. In all, the system realizes several functions like data processing, motor control, identification of black curves; and se- lecting the appropriate direction of tracing and movements. This paper mainly discusses the sensor portfolio for identifying black curve in order to improve the alignment accuracy.
