摘　　要：目的总结跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗体会,为提高手术疗效、改进手术方法提供借鉴。方法对29例(36足)移位的跟骨关节内骨折切开复位AO跟骨钢板内固定,疗效评价根据Maryland足部评分标准。结果29例(36足)均获随访12～36个月,患者足功能优良27例(32足),总优良率88.89%。结论跟骨关节内骨折切开复位,AO钢板内固定是比较好的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the outcome of surgical treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fracture, and to improve decision making and efficacy of the treatment. Methods Thirty six fractures in 31 patients with intraarticular calcaneal fractures were given internal fixation with AO steel plate. The foot functions of these patients were evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score. Results Thirty six fractures of these patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months, excellent and good results were obtained in 88.89%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with AO steel plate are better choice for treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fracture.
