安徽省大学生篮球联赛人力资源的现状与分析

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、访谈法对安徽省第六届大学生篮球联赛运动员、教练员与裁判员的来源、待遇和管理情况进行调查研究,结果发现,安徽省大学生篮球联赛竞技后备人才严重不足;教练员待遇较差,主动性不足;裁判员队伍始终处于动态变化之中等问题;究其原因是管理者未从全局的角度去统筹策划,战略发展目标缺乏长期规划。Through the questionnaire and interviewing method, this paper studies the resources, payment and management of sportsmen, coaches and referees attending the 6th AUBLT. The result shows that a great lack in reserved personnel for AUBLT, and the poor payment seriously hinder the development of AUBLT, there are generally no qualified referees lie in the lack of a stable referee team. The reason is the lack of systematic management and long-range targets.
