摘　　要：源于西方社会的现代管理过多地体现出工具理性而忽略了价值理性,不适合中国的人情社会,而且国外的大型企业也开始注重管理过程中的伦理思想的建设,当今中国管理伦理关键是势在必行。中国的管理伦理化建设首先需要对管理伦理的重要作用给予充分重视,其次需要在管理过程中赋予换位思考的思维模式,再次需要弘扬中国传统管理文化中的良性伦理思想。Modem management form western society reflects instrumental rationality and neglects the value of a rational reason . It＇ s not suitable for China＇ s human society. Large foreign enterprises also have begun to focus on building of ethical thought in the process of management. The key of management of ethics in today＇ s China is imperative. It needs to pay full attention to the important role of ethical management in the construction of ethical management of China. Then, it should be endowed with model of thinking of thoughts transposition in the process of management, and it needs to promote benign ethical thought of Chinese traditional culture of management again.
