摘　　要：提出了基于智能手机的远程心电显示系统的设计模型。该系统由便携式心电监护仪、移动通信网络以及患者、医生手机三个部分组成。患者手机用来接收监护仪发出的异常心电数据以及将该数据远程传输给医生,医生手机使用Java技术的"Java 2 Platform Micro Edition(J2ME)"构建心电显示平台,在此平台上运行心电显示程序来查看异常心电图。试验结果表明,基于智能手机的远程心电显示系统可以及时、有效地显示异常心电。该系统解除了监护病人及主治医生活动区域的限制,实现了远程监护,为医生对患者进行远程诊断与救治提供了帮助。In the study, a remote ECG display system based on smart phone is designed for human ECG detection and dynamic analysis in mobile environment. The system is composed of ECG portable monitor, the mobile communication network and mobilephones of patients and doctors. The phone for patient is used to receive the abnormal electrocardiogram data, as well as to transmit the data to a doctor, and ECG of the mobile phone is established by using ＂Java 2 Platform Micro Edition （J2ME） ＂ platform of Java technology, and the abnormal ECG is also run in this platform . Test results show that the smart phone based on the remote ECG display system can effectively show abnormal ECG in time. It can eliminate the limitation of active region of patients and doctors, and provide convenience for remote diagnosis and treatment so as to realize the tele-monitoring for patients.
