超剂量细辛对SD大鼠肺组织和呼吸功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察超剂量细辛对SD大鼠肺组织和呼吸功能的影响。方法:将90只SD大鼠随机分为细辛2.5g.kg-1剂量组、细辛5.0g.kg-1剂量组和空白对照组各30只,从组织形态学和动脉血气分析角度观察各组动物的给药期和恢复期的变化。结果:各组大鼠给药期和恢复期体重、摄食量、PaO2、PaCO2和肺组织病理切片均无显著差异。结论:超剂量细辛对SD大鼠肺组织和呼吸功能无明显影响。Objective： To observe the effect of overdose asiasarum to SD rats lung tissue and respiratory function. Methods： 90 SD rats were randomly divided into asiasarum 2.5 g .kg^-1 dose group, asiasarum 5.0 g.kg^-1 dose group and control group. The histomor- phology and arterial blood gas analysis were used in the study during dosage stage and convalescence stage. Results： the body weight, ingestion amount, PaO2, PaCO2 and pathological section of lung tissue had no significant deviation. Conclusion： the overdose asiasarum had no obviously effect to SD rats lung tissue and respiratory function.
