摘　　要：通过跟随名老中医李振华教授临证学习,深刻领悟其学术思想与治学经验,掌握其对脾胃病及其他内科疑难杂病的辨治方法,为更好地学习和继承名老中医经验,提高临证水平提供启迪。The author learned from Li Zhenghua Professor, famous veteran doctors of Chinese medicine and deeply meaningful realized his academic thought and govern learning experience and grasped the his differentiation and treatment methods to the spleen and stomach disease and other internal medicine question disease to better study Chinese medical science civilization and to raise clinical level.
