化痰止眩饮联合西比灵治疗后循环缺血眩晕40例

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰止眩饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组46例,治疗组口服西比灵胶囊联合中药化痰止眩饮;对照组口服西比灵胶囊。观察两组症状体征改善及血液流变学和椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速情况。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的54.35%(P<0.05);两组治疗后椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速情况明显改善(P<0.05);血液流变学治疗组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:化痰止眩饮能够有效治疗气虚痰热型后循环缺血性眩晕。To observe the clinical effect of Huatanzhixuan decoction to treat vertigo caused by post - circulation ischemia. Methods ： 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment （40 cases） and control （46 cases）. The treatment was treated in Guatanzhixuan decoction and flunarizine. The control was treated in flunarizine. The symptom, physical sign, hemorheology and Peak Flow Rate of end - systole of vertebra - arteria basilaris were observed in the study. Results： the effective power was 95.00% in the treatment that obviously higher than control （54.35% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The Peak Flow Rate of end - systole of vertebra - arteria basilaris was obviously improvement after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The index of hemorheology was obviously improvement after treatment in the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guatanzhixuan decoction had the effect to treat vertigo caused by post - circulation isehemia of type syndrome of qi - asthenia and phlegm heat.
