“除陈气”法对2型糖尿病的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察食疗方法对2型糖尿病的防治作用。方法:禀承《内经》"除陈气"的治疗大法,以《内经》提倡的"调食和药",即食疗方法用于不同体质2型糖尿病病人,进行疗效观察。结果:对FPG、2hPG、TC有非常显著的影响(P<0.01),对TG有显著的影响(P<0.05)、对LDL的下降无显著影响(P>0.05)、HDL有所上升,但治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:本食疗方对2型糖尿病确有一定的防治作用,且无明显不良反应。Objective ： to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of food treatment to 2 typing of diabetes. Methods ： it received the treatment method of eliminating old -qi of Neijing and advocated regulating foods and drugs, that was, different constitution patients were treated in food treatment. Results ： it had the highly significant effect to FPG,2 h PG,TC（ P 〈 0.01 ） and TG（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But had not the highly significant effect to LDL（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The HDL had some raise after treatment. Conclusion ： the food treatment had some preventive and therapeutic effect to 2 typing of diabetes and no obviously side efective.
