摘  要:气体分馏装置存在着:①脱丙烷塔底重沸器结垢严重;②脱乙烷塔底重沸器使用1.0MPa蒸汽热源,增加装置运行成本;③丙烯塔循环水量不足、粗丙烯产品纯度不合格的问题。为此进行改造:备用一台脱丙烷塔底重沸器;停用1.0MPa蒸汽,改由催化装置低温热水加热;丙烯塔粗丙烯抽出口由原来的132层和136层上移至144层;单独铺设一条循环水线,为丙烯塔供水。改造后标定数据表明,气体分馏装置各塔操作条件明显改善,精丙烯和粗丙烯纯度分别达到99.8%和97.03%,停用1.0MPa蒸汽后,年节约加工费用448万元。There are several problems with PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company's gas fractionation unit:①serious scale buildup in the reboiler at the bottom of the depropanizing column; ②the use of 1.0MPa steam heat source in the reboiler at the bottom of the deethanizing column increases the operating cost of the unit;③shortage of circulating water in the propylene column and unsatisfactory purity of crude propylene. To resolve these problems,technicians revamped the process of the unit by :adding a back-up reboiler at the bottom of the depropanizing column;replacing the 1.0MPa steam heat source with heat from low-temperature water from catalytic units;moving the crude propylene exit of the propylene column up to the 144th layer from the 132nd and 136th layers;and adding a dedicated circulating water line to the propylene column.Calibration data acquired after the revamping show that the operating conditions of all columns of the gas fractionation unit improved and that the purity of refined and crude propylene reached 99.8% and 97.03% respectively.The removal of the 1.0MPa steam heat source saves 4.48 million yuan in operating costs annually for the company.
