摘　　要：通过继承传统"四合院"的设计精髓,采用近居、邻居、合居类型结构,就如何建造一种新型的"三代同乐"亲情住宅作了论述,以期有利于妥善解决人口结构问题,降耗节能,提高效率,构建和谐社会,并且成为房地产业新的经济增长点。By inheriting the design essence of traditional courtyard house, using near settlement, neighbor settlement and complex settlement type structure, and how to build a new type amicable housing of ＂three generations together enjoy＂ was discussed, so as to be beneficial to solve population structure problem, save energy, improve efficiency, build harmonious society, and become new economic growth point to real estate.
