摘　　要：结合当前建筑施工企业生存现状,对我国施工项目成本控制中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并从项目全过程管理及管理主体、质量成本与工期成本两方面阐述了具体的工程项目成本控制措施,以期搞好成本控制,达到增收节支的目的。Combined with the survival situations of construction enterprises at present, the questions existed in cost control of construction projects in our country are analyzed and discussed, at the same time from two aspects： whole procedure management and main management content, quality cost and time cost practical project cost control measures are elaborated, in order to cost control work well to broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure.
