连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以0.03mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为350nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.1208～1.510μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.5%(n=6),相对标准差(RSD)为0.49%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Lianpu Shuangqing tablets by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil C18 column （4. 6 mm - 250 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was 0. 03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile （60：40）. The UV detection wavelength was 350 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with the column temperature 30℃. Results The linear range of the berberine hydrochloride was 0. 1208 - 1. 510 μg （r =0. 9998）. The average recovery was 98. 50%, and RSD was 0. 49% （n = 6）. Conchlusion This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Lianpu Shuangqing tablets.
