摘  要:[目的]总结神经外科重症病人实施管饲膳食的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析105例神经外科重症病人实施管饲膳食营养支持的临床资料。[结果]本组病人出现反流现象5例,腹泻7例,便秘2例,消化道出血1例,胃潴留1例;经对症处理后均得到控制,并维持较好的营养状况。[结论]加强神经外科重症病人管饲膳食的护理可减少肠道并发症的发生。Objective: It summarized nursing measures of critical patients with neurosurgery diseases. Methods: Clinical data of 105 critical cases with neurosurgery diseases accepting tube feeding for nutritional support was analyzed retrospectively. Results: Five cases complicated with reflux. Seven cases complicated with diarrhea, and two cases with constipation. One case complicated with alimentary tract hemorrhage. Another one case complicated with gastric retention. All these cases had been controlled through symptomatic treatment. All of them had maintained better nutritional status. Conclusion: To strengthen nursing care of tube feeding diet for critical patients with neurosurgery diseases can reduce the occurrence of intestinal complications for them.
