摘　　要：学生干部是学生管理工作中的桥梁和骨干力量,优秀的学生干部能更好地服务于广大学生,因此学生干部的培养举足轻重。通过比较分析高校学生干部与社会领导干部的能力现状和特征,发现他们的一些异同点,并从中总结出学生干部培养的方法。学生干部的培养要从思想素质、管理机制和实践能力等各方面入手。The student leaders are the bridge and the backbone in the students management, outstanding student leaders serve the students better.College students through a comparative analysis on social status and characteristics,found their similarities and differences, and to sum up the way to cultivate student leaders.The cultivation of student leaders sets from the quality, management system and practical ability.
