摘 要:目的:观察抗大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的疗效,并从对一氧化碳(NO)、内皮素(ET)的影响方面探讨其可能作用机制。方法:取Wistar大鼠60只,随机分成假手术组、模型组、治疗组(n=20),观察缺血再灌注后1、24、48h血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、NO、ET的变化及肾组织病理形态学观察。结果:治疗组大鼠再灌注24、48h,Cr、BUN较模型组明显降低(P<0.01);ET较模型组明显降低,NO较模型组明显升高(P<0.01),病理观察治疗组部分病变的肾小管已开始出现修复现象。结论:延肾胶囊降低缺血再灌注大鼠的Cr、BUN,降低ET水平,升高NO水平,抑制肾脏缺血再灌注损伤,保护其肾功能。Objective: To observe the curative of Yanshen Capsules to rat renal ischemia reperfusion injury and find the conceivable mechanism of action in aspect of NO, ET. Methods: 60 Wister rats were randomly divided into three groups, that were sham group, control group and treated group (n=20). Observing the changes of BUN, Cr and NO, ET at different times during the period of ischemia/repurfusion (1,24,48 h).And renal pathology was observed. Results: In treatment group, BUN and Cr decreased apparently, NO increased and ET decreased apparently of the ischemia/repurfusion rats after repurfusion 24 and 48 hours compared with the control group. There was apparent difference (P〈0.01). Part lesion of renal tubule of treated group began to appear restored. Conclusion: Yanshen Capsules decrease the BUN, Cr and ET, increase the NO of the ischemia/repurfusion rats, and protect renal function after kidney ischemia/repurfusion, relieve pathology damage and promote its recovery.
