在孕、产妇中开展用药安全性认知程度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕、产妇在用药安全性方面的认知程度,分析在孕、产妇中开展药学服务的必要性,从而促进合理用药。方法:设计"用药认知情况调查"问卷,时间2008年9月～2009年2月对在惠阳区妇幼保健院门诊就诊的400位孕、产妇发放调查问卷,进行问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对回收数据进行统计分析。结果:部分孕、产妇在妊娠、哺乳期间用药存在对药物不良反应及合理用药缺乏了解;医疗保险形式、文化程度、职业等因素影响孕、产妇的用药。结论:孕、产妇在用药方面存在不安全隐患,对药学服务有需求。药师应积极开展药学服务工作,提高孕、产妇的用药安全意识。Objective： To investigate the awareness of safe administration of medicines by pregnant and maternal women and analyze the necessity of pharmaceutical care for the pregnant and maternal women so as to improve the rational administration of drugs. Methods： To work out the questionnaire ＂drug-using awareness survey＂, and distribute them to 400 women who stayed in Huiyang MCH Hospital from September 2008 to February 2009. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the received data. Results：Adverse drug reactions existed in part of women in pregnancy,materuity or during breast-feeding and some lack of understanding rational use of drugs. Some factors such as, the form of medical insurance, educational background and occupation,affect their use of drugs. Conclusion： The potential unsafty exists in the administration of drugs by the pregnant and materal woman. They need pharmaceutical care. Pharmacists are required to carry out their pharmaceutical service and improve the safty consciousness of the administration of drugs.
