摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧在治疗突发性耳聋中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2008年之前5年间经广东省第二人民医院确诊为突发性耳聋的患者103例,经高压氧并辅助药物治疗的总体疗效。结果:103例患者中治愈22例,显效27例,有效41例,无效13例。总有效率87.4%(90/103)。并显示发病后就诊时间与听力损害程度对预后影响较大。结论:突发性耳聋以听力损伤程度轻或发病时间短的情况下为最有效治疗时期,高压氧辅助药物治疗能显著提高听力域。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy （HBOT） on treatment of sudden hearing loss.Methods ：The effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy on 103 paitents of sudden hearing loss was analyzed retrospertively.All patients were diagnosed in our hospital during last 5 years from 2003 to 2008.Results ：The total effective rate was 87.4% （90/103）in 103 cases,including 22 （21.4%）cases were cured, 27 （26.2%）cases had better effect and 41（39.8%）cases had partial effect,but 13（12.6%）cases had no effect.The time accepting medical treatment and the degree of hearing loss had an effect on prognosis.Conclusion：Hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy is an effective method to improve the hearing threshold in patients if sudden hearing loss.The time accepting medical treatment and degree of hearing loss are important influencing factors too.
