国产利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效、安全性及经济性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨国产利培酮在治疗精神分裂症的疗效、安全性及经济性。方法：对120例门诊或住院精神分裂症患者使用国产利培酮治疗6周，分别于治疗前后进行阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）测查。结果：治疗第一周末，PANSS总分及分量表分与基线比较，即有明显降低（P=0．000），PANSS总减分率为13．2％。治疗第6周末，PANSS总分减分率达68．1％，治疗有效率76．5％，发生不良反应61次，主要不良反应：静坐不能、震颤、肌张力障碍等，且程度轻微。每粒国产利培酮较进口利培酮少1．45元。结论：国产利培酮治疗精神分裂症有效安全、经济。Objective： To explore the domestic risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia, safety and economy. Methods： 120 cases of schizophrenia patient or out--patient use of risperidone in the treatment of Chinese--made 6 weeks before and after treatment were carried out in positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） Test. Results： The treatment of the first weekend, PANSS total scores and sub--sub--scales compared with the baseline, that is significantly lower （P = 0. 000）, PANSS total reduction rate of 1 to 3.2%. Treatment No. 6 over the weekend, PANSS total score reduction rate of 68.1 percent, 76.5 percent efficiency of treatment, 61 adverse reactions occurred, the main side effects ： akathisia, tremor, dystonia, etc. And minor. Each Chinese--made imports Risperidone Risperidone less than 1.45 yuan. Conclusion： Risperidone treatment of schizophrenia made effective security, economic.
