应用综合手术治疗老年人髋部骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：分析老年人髋部骨折特点，应用综合手法进行老年人髋部骨折的临床治疗，旨在为临床实践提供依据。方法：收集自2003年3月-2008年6月的150例髋部骨折资料，比较治疗方法。结果：老年人髋部骨折以女性多见，术后恢复行走功能占90．0％。结论：手术治疗老年人髋部骨折，根据情况具体分析，同时注意骨质疏松的治疗，取得较好的临床疗效。Objective Report of the elderly myeloid folding parts of the clinical treatment methods, analysis of fracture in elderly features which are designed to provide a basis for clinical practice. Methods Collected from March 2003 --2008 in June of 150 cases of hip information, compare treatment. Results Fractures in elderly women found, after the restoration of walking function accounted for 90.0%. Conclusion Surgical treatment of elderly hip fracture, the specific circumstances of a specific analysis, bearing in mind the treatment of osteoporosis, the effect better.
