高锰酸钾泡浴配合碘伏外涂治疗新生儿脓疱病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察高锰酸钾溶液泡浴配合碘伏外涂对新生儿脓疱病的的疗效。方法：将68例患脓疱病的新生儿分为观察组和对照组，观察组用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液泡浴后再配合碘伏外涂患处，对照组采用传统的单-1：5000高锰酸钾溶液泡浴的方法，观察两种方法对新生儿脓疱病的治疗效果和平均愈合天数。结果：观察组总有效率100％，优于对照组90％（P〈0．05），平均愈合天数（2．35±0．86）d，优于对照组（3．47±0．98）d（P〈0．05）。结论：高锰酸钾溶液泡浴配合碘伏外涂能缩短新生儿脓疱病的疗程、提高治愈率，且操作方法简单方便、经济实用，值得推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of bath of Potassium Permanganate and Iodophor external Use in treating neonatal pustulosis. Methods 68 patients with neonatal pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate solution and then bathed with external lesion Iodophor external Use,the control group were treated with 1 ： 5000 potassium permanganate solution bath only. The therapeutic effect and average cicatrization days were observed, Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100% and 90% in control group（P〈0.05）, the average cicatrization clays in the observation group were（2.35±0. 86） and （3.47±0.98） in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bath of potassium permanganate and Iodophor external Use can shorten the treatment time of neonatal pustulosis, improve the cure rate, and method of operation is simple and convenient, economical and practical, it is worth to promote the use of.
