摘  要:[目的]研究云芝漆酶的生物降解和染料脱色作用。[方法]以云芝HS03发酵后所得漆酶粗制品,对麦草和锯末进行生物降解,并对几种常用染料进行脱色研究。[结果]结果表明:漆酶粗制品与纤维素酶、木聚糖酶协同作用大大提高了木质纤维素降解率,比单一组分酶获得还原性糖含量提高5~6倍。漆酶粗制品具有广谱的脱色作用,尤其对孔雀石绿、RB亮蓝的脱色率都超过了85%,脱色较为彻底,脱色高峰期为48~72 h。[ Objective ] This research aimed to study the biodegradation and dye decolourization for laccase produced from Trametes versicolor. [ Method ] Crude Iaccase from T. versicolor HS-03 was used for the biodegradation of wheat straw and sawdust,and the decolourization of different molecular structure type's dye. [ Result ] It was indicated that the crude laccase raised the lignocellulose biodegradation efficiency which was about 5 - 6 doubles. Crude enzyme has wide spectrum decoloured function, especially the decoloring rate of malachite green, RB bright blue was over 85%. The rush hour of deeolourization was 48 -72 h. [ Conclusion]This study could provide theoretical basis for dye decolourization of waste water,and provide strong references for the application of laccase in water treatment industry industrialization.
