摘  要:[目的]筛选银叶菊无土栽培的最佳基质。[方法]以污泥堆肥、蛭石和珍珠岩为原料配制银叶菊无土栽培基质,研究不同基质对银叶菊营养生长的影响。[结果]50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊冠幅、株高长势最好,60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)次之;60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊叶长、叶宽长势最好,叶片N、P含量最高,50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)次之;50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)和60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)基质中银叶菊的生物量极显著高于蛭石+珍珠岩基质中的银叶菊。[结论]银叶菊无土栽培的适宜基质为50%污泥+50%(蛭石+珍珠岩)和60%污泥+40%(蛭石+珍珠岩)。[ Objective ] The study was to screen out the optimum matrix for soilless culture of Senecio cineraria. [ Method ] With sludge compost, vermiculite and perlite as the materials, the matrix for soilless culture of S. cineraria was prepared and the effects of different matrix on growth of S. cineraria were studied. [ Result] The growth vigor of crown width and plant height of S. cineraria in 50% sludge + 50% ( vermiculite + perlite) were the best, the following were those in 60% sludge + 40% ( vermiculite + perlite). The growth vigor of leaf length and leaf width of S. cineraria in 60% sludge +50% ( vermiculite + perlite) was the best, and the contents of N and P in S. cineraria leaves were the highest. The following were those in 50% sludge + 50% (vermiculite + perlite). The biomass of S. cineraria in 50% sludge + 50% (vermiculite + perlite) and 60% sludge +40% ( vermiculite + perlite) were vetT significantly higher than that in vermiculite + perlite. [ Conclusion] The optimum matrix for soilless culture of S. cineraria were 50% sludge + 50% (vermiculite + perlite) and 60% sludge +40% (vermiculite + perlite).
