摘　　要：［目的］建立秦艽不同器官中獐牙菜苦苷含量测定的RPHPLC方法。［方法］定量分析秦艽不同器官中獐牙菜苦苷含量。［结果］獐牙菜苦苷 在0.20～1.8 μg范围内成良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为98.6%（RSD=1.32%）。麻花秦艽叶中獐牙菜苦苷的含量最高，茎中含量最低。［结论］该研究可为秦艽药材的合理开发利用提供依据。[ Objective ] A method was established for the determination of swertiamarin in different organs of Gentiana straminea Maxim. [ Method ] The contents of swertiamarin in different organs of C, entiana straminea Maxim were detected. [ Result ] The linear range was 0.20 - 1.8 Ixg （r =0. 999 9） and the average recovery was 98.6% （RSD = 1.32% ）. The content of swertiamarin in leaf was the highest ,while that in stem was the lowest. [ Conclusion] The research provided basis for reasonable development of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
