摘 要:[目的]研究除草剂乙草胺对农田土壤动物群落结构的影响。[方法]采用实验室模拟方法,研究乙草胺对农田土壤动物群落结构的影响以及大型土壤动物的毒性效应。[结果]随着乙草胺溶液浓度的增加,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)表现出一定的递减趋势。染毒试验中,土壤动物类群数的减少主要由于常见类群和稀有类群的减少,土壤动物的数量变化则主要由于优势类群原生动物门、线虫动物和蜱螨类的数量消长。大型土壤动物蚯蚓的染毒试验表明,乙草胺有明显的致死作用,蚯蚓的生活安全浓度为0.0996 ml/L。[结论]该研究为农业生态环境保护提供科学依据。[ Objective ] The aim of the research was to discuss the effect of acetochlor on community structure of soil animals in farmland soil. [ Method ] Using the laboratory simulation method, some research on the effects of acetoehlor on community structure of soil animals and toxic effects of acetochlor on soil macroanimals were made. [ Result ] With the increasing of aeetochlor concentration, the Shannon-Wiener index(H') decreased. In the polluted experiment, the species of soil animals were decreased with decreasing common population and rare population, while the amount change of soil animal was associated with the amount change of the dominant populations of Protozoa, Nematode and Oribatida. Toxicity test of earthworm showed that aeetochlor herbicide had influence obviously on earthworm. Safe concentration of earthworm was 0.099 6 ml/L. [ Conclusion ] This research provided scientific basis for the agroecological environment protection.
