摘　　要：通过对北京市远郊区村庄新农村规划后的具体情况进行调查,跟踪了解启动村庄规划编制和建设工作以来村庄的规划编制和项目申请落实情况,并通过调查对新农村规划建设积累的经验和存在问题进行了探讨。针对这些问题,又提出了建设新农村过程中各问题的对策建议,希望在今后的新农村建设过程中采用更加有效的方法改善农村风貌、提高农民生活水平,少走弯路。The situations of new socialist countryside construction in Beijing were investigated, the planning workout and item application in every village were realized. The experiences and existing questions were discussed by investigation. According to above, the countermeasures and advices were put forward to improve the country scene and advance standard of living of peasants.
