摘　　要：根据哈达山水利枢纽工程坝址处的地形地质条件、工程布置特点、坝型及第二松花江水文特性进行导流方案、导流程序等设计,本文说明了在平原区河流上兴建闸坝施工导流设计的经验与体会。The diversion scheme and program are designed according to the topography and geology at dam site,layout and dam type of Hadashan hydro-junction project and hydrological characteristics of the second Songhua river.The paper introduces the experiences on construction diversion design of dam and gate on river of plain area.
