血脂清降脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂清对血脂异常大鼠的调脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、实验对照组、血脂清治疗组、血脂康治疗组,应用维生素D3及高脂饲料造模,比较各组治疗前后血脂水平及动脉粥样硬化斑块病变程度。结果①血脂清可以显著降低实验性血脂异常大鼠的血脂水平,低剂量即显示其治疗作用;②血脂清与血脂康的降脂作用无组间差异(P<0.05);③血脂清、血脂康均可有效防治血脂异常大鼠动脉粥样硬化病变的形成。结论血脂清可以有效降低血脂水平及动脉粥样硬化病变程度,证实中医"清热化湿、涤痰消浊"法可以通过改善血脂异常,达到防治动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To explore into the mechanism of the effect of Xuezhiqing and Xuezhikang in lowering blood lipid and preventing atherosclerosis.METHOD SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,experimental control group,a Xuezhiqing treatment group, and a Xuezhikang treatment group. The level of blood lipid and the severity of atherosclerosis of the groups were compared. RESULT （1） Xuezhiqing could markedly reduce the lipid level of the experimental rats, with instant effect at low dosages; （2） There were no marked differences in lowering blood lipid between Xuezhiqing and Xuezhikang （ P 〈 0.05） ; Both Xuezhiqing and Xuezhikang could effectively prevent the pathological change of atherosclerosis. CONCLUSION Xuezhiqing can effectively reduce blood lipid level and the severity of atherosclerosis. This demonstrates that the TCM method of ＂clearing away heat,removing dampness,phlegm and turbidity＂ can prevent and treat atherosclerosis by dealing with blood lipid abnormality.
