摘　　要：通过介绍新实施的《火灾事故调查规定》的修订背景、修订的主要内容、执行中应注意的问题以及新旧规定的衔接,使广大火灾事故调查人员能更好地理解和适用《火灾事故调查规定》。Paper introduces the background and main contents of the newly amended and enforced ＂Provisions of the Fire Accident Investigation＂, and discusses issues should be noted at implementation and the convergence between the old and new provisions so as to make the majority of fire investigators have a better understanding and application of it.
