辽藁本根茎繁殖特性的研究

摘　　要：以1年生辽藁本为试验材料,研究不同大小根茎繁殖材料对辽藁本地上部分生长状况、根部生育性状及产量的影响。结果表明:以1级根茎作为繁殖材料辽藁本长势最好,根部产量最高;以3级根茎作为繁殖材料辽藁本成活率最高,但根部增产效果不明显。Different types of 1st year rhizome were used to investigate Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag. The change in vegetative characters and root production of Ligustieum jeholense Nakai et Kitag were studied. Results showed that the growth of the 1st year plants was the best. The third grade of rhizome was used as productive materials, the survival rate was the highest and the root production was not apparent.
