妇科养容胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立妇科养容胶囊的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法对胶囊中的当归、麦冬、白芍进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了胶囊中芍药苷含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白样品无干扰;芍药苷在0.126～0.757μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999,平均加样回收率为98.12%,RSD为1.15%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality Standards for Fukeyangrong capsules Mothods Radix Angelica, Liriope spicata, Paeonla lactiflora, Pall in capsule were identified by using TLC, Paeonifiorin in capsule were deteminated by using HPLC. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference ,The linear relationship was good when Paeoniflorin was at the range of O. 126-0.757μg （r =0.999）, Paeoniflorin showed recovery was 98.12% and RSD was 1.15%（n=5）. Conclusion The developed method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and the method can be used for quality control of the Fukeyangrong capsules.
