13例婴儿双肾结石合并急性肾衰的围手术期护理

摘　　要：总结输尿管镜技术成功救治13例因喂养三聚氰胺污染奶制品导致双肾结石合并急性肾衰婴儿的护理经验。在输尿管镜下放置双"J"管,解除梗阻,恢复肾功能,在术前对患儿家属进行心理护理和严格液体管理,术后针对膀胱痉挛和多尿期进行护理,保证了患儿的顺利康复。本组13例患儿均未发生护理并发症。This paper summarized the perioperative nursing care of 13 infants with acute renal failure （AFR） due to melamine tainted milk product （MTMP）-related bilateral renal calculi. Double J stents were inserted with ureteroscope in these infants to relieve the obstruction of upper urinary tract and recuperate the renal function. Preoperative psychological care for the parents and strict fluid intake and output management for the infants as well as specialized postoperative nursing care aimed at cystospasm and dieresis were provided to ensure the recovery. As a result,all the 13 infants were cured with no nursing complications.
