摘　　要：介绍1例胰腺母细胞瘤患儿围手术期的护理。术前进行积极营养支持和患儿家长的心理支持,术后加强引流管的管理和疼痛护理。患儿术后黄疸明显减退,体重未明显减轻,未出现严重术后并发症。认识胰腺母细胞瘤的特点,并进行针对性的围手术期护理,对取得良好的救治效果起到积极作用。This paper introduced the experience of perioperative nursing care of an infant patient with pancreatoblastoma. Nutritional support for the infant and psychological support for the parent were provided before operation,while management of drainage tubes and postoperative pain were focused on after the operation. As a result,the infant＇s jaundice was relieved obviously without significant loss of weight or serious postoperative Complications. It is suggested that realizing the features of panereatoblastoma and taking proper perioperative care could achieve good remedial result.
