摘　　要：针对救灾简述了发展灾害护理学的必要性,提出《灾害护理学》课程的内容大纲、培训方法及评价方法,用于加强护理人员的备灾、应灾能力的建设。This paper analyzed the necessity to develop disaster nursing and proposed the curriculum design of Disaster Nursing in respect of content guideline,teaching and evaluation methods based on the competency framework of disaster nursing in the world. This course would play a critical role in nursing workforce development in term of disaster preparedness and responses.
