摘　　要：探讨了在当今灾害频发的背景下,灾害救援护理工作的特殊性对护士能力提出的高层次要求;介绍了全专业适任护士的培养方法;总结了全专业适任护士在汶川地震中的救援、护理工作经验和她们在地震灾害护理中发挥的优势作用;分析了有待于进一步完善的全专业适任护士培训方案及其在医疗领域中的发展前景。In the context of frequent disasters in the world,the features of disaster nursing brings higher demands to nurses competency. This paper introduced the practice of generalist nurse training,summarized the roles and advantages of generalist nurses in earthquake disaster nursing based on the rescue experiences in the Wenchuan Earthquake,expounded the prospection of generalist nurses in medical field and proposed some suggestions for generalist nurse training.
