摘 要:本文通过分析国外建筑标识运行管理方式的特点,首先明确了在我国实行第三方测评标识的必然性,进而利用进化博弈理论,建立数学模型分析了作为第三方测评标识申请主体的房地产开发商在绿色建筑评价标识体系中的演化路径,最后根据模型求解结果,提出了现阶段我国政府应实行经济激励与市场规范相结合的措施来实现对绿色建筑评价标识体系的科学管理。In this paper,through analyzing the characteristics of operation and management model for building energy label in foreign countries,it was pointed out that executing the third measuring and appraising label in China was inevitable. And then, with the evolutionary game theory, the mathematical model to analyze the evolutionary path of real estate developers in the system of green building appraisement label was established. In this model, real estate developers were the application agents for the third measuring and appraising label. Thirdly, according to the results, it was concluded that the measurement of economic incentive combined with market normalization should be adopted by the government to realize the scientific management for appraisement label of green building.
