摘 要:本文以夏热冬冷的南京地区1栋6层办公建筑为研究对象,首先利用DeST-c模拟软件对4种常见窗型与不同建筑朝向的组合,根据节能50%的要求计算出各朝向的窗墙比取值。其次对现有围护结构窗墙比为0.2~0.7与单位面积年总耗电量之间的关系进行了研究,当建筑处于正南向时合理的窗墙比取值最大,普通中空9 mm和中空12 mm窗可取到0.4,Low-E低透和高透分别取为0.6和0.55,但随着偏东或偏西角度的偏转,其取值越来越小,直到最小。In this paper,taking a six-storey office building in hot summer and cold winter region of Nanjing as a study object,according to the requirement of 50% energy-saving,the software of DeST-c was used to calculate the window-wall ratio in different orientations for four common window types. The relationships between the total annual electricity consumption and the window-wall ratio which ranged from 0.2 to 0.7 were studied. It was concluded that the window-wall ratio for south-facing facade had the biggest values, the corresponding values for ordinary hollow 9 mm and 12 mm windows could be set at 0.4,for Low-E low permeability window,the value was 0.6,and for Low-E high permeability window, it was 0.55. In addition, when the orientation defected from south to west or east, the window-wall ration value would get smaller and smaller, until the minimum.
