摘　　要：研究黔产三颗针(Berberis sargentiana Schneid)地上茎干部分的化学成分。采用硅胶等色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质及波谱方法鉴定其化学结构。从三颗针95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到10个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(1),小檗碱(2),stigmast-9(11)-en-3-ol(3),胡萝卜苷(4),表木栓醇(5),蔗糖(6),槲皮素(7),药根碱(8),巴马汀(9),蒲公英萜醇(10).化合物3-7,10是首次从该植物中分离得到。The chemical constituents of Berberis Sargentiana Schneid were studied. The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, while their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic date. Ten compounds were isolated from the acetic ether fraction and their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol （ 1 ）, berberine （2）, stigmast-9 （ 11 ） -en-3-ol（3）, daucosterol （4）, epifriedelanol （5）, sucrose （6）, quereetin （7）, jatrorrhizine （8）, palmatine （9）, taraxerol （10）. The compounds 3-7, 10 were isolated from the stems of this plant for the first time.
