摘 要:采用盐酸对电石渣进行净化处理后制备球形超细CaCO3。通过探讨盐酸处理电石渣的控制参数,以及正交优化反应物浓度、搅拌速度、滴加速度、分散剂种类及用量等因素,得出较佳的制备工艺参数,并采用测色仪、SEM、TEM、XRD等对球形超细CaCO3的性能进行检测。结果表明:产品中CaCO3含量>99%,白度>98,平均晶粒尺寸为45 nm,电镜平均粒径约为80 nm,比表面积约为32m2.g-1,达到GB/19590-2004《超微细碳酸钙》中NCC-100级产品的技术指标要求。Spherical and uhrafine calcium carbonate powders were prepared from carbide slag which was treated by HCl, and the effect of the parameters, reactant concentration, stirring speed, addition rate, variety and dosage of dispersant on CaCO3 powders were studied by using Color finder, SEM, TEM and XRD in this paper. The Optimum conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment favored the preparation of spherical and ultrafine calcium carbonate powders. The results indicate that the purity and whiteness of CaCO3 were more than 99% and 98 respectively, and the average size of grains and average particle size in TEM were about 45nm and 80nm respectively. The BET of samples was about 32m^2·g^-1. All of the performances of product were reached to the criterion of NCC-100 of GB/19590 -2004.
