摘  要:目的:应用胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离测定速效伤风胶囊中的对乙酰氨基酚、氯苯那敏和咖啡因3种组分的含量。方法:对缓冲液pH和去氧胆酸钠(SDC)浓度优化选择,样品经超声振荡、水提取后进样测定。结果:缓冲液为含50mmol/LSDC的20mmol/LH3BO3-NaOH(pH10),在9min内将速效伤风胶囊中的上述3种组分完全分离测定,且其迁移时间具有良好的重现性。结论:本法准确、快速和简便,具有良好的线性关系和重现性。Objective: To set up a micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic method for the separation and determination of contents of paracetamol, chlorpheniramine and caffein in capsule of Suxiaoshangfeng. Methods: The effects of pH and sodium deoxycholate (SDC) concentrations of running buffer on separation and determination of three ingredients were studied. The samples were extracted with water by ultrasonic agitation and injected directly for determination. Results: The three ingredients mentioned above in capsule of Suxiaoshangfeng were separated completely within 9 min with good reproducibility of migration time in the buffer solution of 20 mmol/L H3BO3NaOH(pH 10) containing 50 mmol/L SDC. Conclusion: The established method is accurate, rapid, simple and has good linearity and reproducibility, providing a new analytical means for the quality control of capsule of Suxiaoshangfeng. 
