摘　　要：该文分析了煤炭开采过程中产生的煤矸石以及地表沉陷的危害,探讨了对采煤沉陷地进行土地复垦的方法,并介绍了2003年以来淮南矿业集团实施矿山地质环境治理工程的情况,以期推进煤矿采煤塌陷地复垦工作,实现社会效益、经济效益、环境效益的和谐统一。This article has analyzed the gangue which as well as the surface settlement harm in the coal mining process produces. Discussed has carried on the land reclamation to the mining coal settlement the method. And introduced Huainan coal mining （group） Co., Ltd. has implemented the mining geology environment government project the situation since 2003. Hoped that advances the coal mine mining coal collapse reclamation work.. Realizes the social efficiency, the economic efficiency, the environment benefit harmonious unification.
