加法可分性贫困指数的比较研究

摘　　要：本文以Watts指数、FGT指数、CHU指数和笔者提出的R指数为对象,考察了这四个加法可分性贫困指数的形式和特性,并采用"中国综合社会调查"(CGSS)的数据,对四个指数的测量表现进行了比较。结果显示,相对于其他三个同类指数,R指数的公式法和模型法的计算结果近似度高,且受数据分组形式的影响也小,是一种可取的具有分组稳健性优势的贫困量度。Focusing on the Watts index, the FGT index, the CHU index and the R index, this article examines the constructions and characteristics of the four additively decomposable poverty measures. Furthermore, by comparing the measuring performance of these indices with the CGSS data, the article shows that in view of its highest degree of approximation of the calculation results separately from the formula method and the model method, as well as of its least variation among the different types of grouped data, R index is a desirable poverty measure more robust than the other three ones.
