摘 要:利用扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)研究了稻草不同部位的形貌,主要矿物质元素的分布、相对含量及Si元素的结合状态。结果表明,稻草秆皮部形貌特征是颗粒物带和光滑的非颗粒物带相间隔,颗粒物带有气孔组织,稻秆节部存在有规则排列的Si颗粒。Si元素在稻秆皮部相对含量很高,在上部颗粒物中的质量分数达到95.48%,Si、O元素在稻皮外表面和稻秆节部颗粒物区结合紧密;K、Na、Cl元素在稻皮内表面相对含量较高,在稻皮外表面分布均匀。Fe、Ca、Cu等元素相对含量都比较少。揭示主要矿物质元素在稻草不同部位的分布、相对含量等特点,对稻草制浆造纸和生物质转化利用等都有重要指导意义。The morphological property, the distribution and relative contents of main mineral elements and combination state of silica in different parts of rice straw were studied by means of SEM-EDS. The resuhs showed that, the exodermis of rice straw is consisted of two structures alternately, i.e. the granular and non-granular zones, the stomata only distribute in the granular zone; Silica particles distribute regularly in burl of rice straw. Silica has the maximum relative amount of 95.48% , and it combines closely with oxygen in the tegument and the granular of burl of rice straw; K, Na and C1 have high relative contents in endodermis of rice straw, and distribute uniformly in the exodermis of rice straw ; The relative contents of Fe, Ca and Cu are low. Study on the characteristic of distribution and relative contents of the main mineral elements is of great significance to pulping and papermaking and biomass converting of rice straw.
