摘  要:采用铝锆偶联剂对纳米CaCO3进行表面改性,着重探讨体系固含量和pH值对改性纳米CaCO3水相分散体系流变行为的影响,并借助非牛顿流体模型实现流变参数的拟合。结果表明,随着改性纳米CaCO3水相分散体系固含量的增加,分散体系的流动性相对变差。当改性纳米CaCO3分散体系固含量为10%时,拟合分析得到分散体系的屈服应力和零剪切黏度分别为1.254 Pa和0.1043 Pa.s;增加分散体系固含量至40%时,分散体系的屈服应力和零剪切黏度增大至7.563 Pa和146.0 Pa.s。当改性纳米CaCO3分散体系固含量为10%时,对于pH值为7的分散体系,拟合分析得到的屈服应力为1.879 Pa,而pH值为9的分散体系的屈服应力为1.250 Pa,这说明适宜的体系pH值有利于提高分散体系的稳定性和流动性。Effect of solid content and pH value on the rheological behavior of aqueous dispersion of nanonized CaCO3 modified with zircoalu- minate coupling agent was investigated, and the rheological parameters such as yield stress and zero-shear viscosity of dispersion samples were also analyzed. The results showed that, when the solid content of nanonized CaCO3 dispersion was 10% , the yield stress and zero-shear viscosity of dispersion were 1. 254 Pa and 0. 1043 Pa- s, when the solid content was 40% , the same parameters reached to 7. 563 Pa, 146.0 Pa.s, respectively. It was demonstrated that the nanonized CaCO3 dispersion sample with higher solid content had worse flowability. In addition, it was important to note that pH value of dispersion could affect the stability of nanonized CaCO3 dispersion so as to affect its rheological parameters. According to Herschel-bullcley model fitting result, it was found that when pH value was 7, the yield stress of modified nanosized CaCO3 dispersion was 1. 879 Pa; When pH value was 9, the yield stress was 1. 250 Pa, exhibiting a good flowability, which could be ascribed to the dispersion stability.
