高效液相色谱法测定藤黄健骨丸中淫羊霍苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:研究藤黄健骨丸中淫羊藿苷的定量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30∶70);检测波长:270 nm。结果:线性范围为0.042 95～0.859μg(r=1.000 0,n=5)。平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.31%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于藤黄健骨丸的质量控制。Objective：An assay method was developed for the determination of Icariin in Tenghuang Jiangu Pills by HPLC. Method：The analysis was performed on Kromonsil C ts （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）column; Mobile phase： acetonitrile-water （30： 70）. Detector wavelength：270 nm. Results： The linear range is 0. 042 95 -0. 859 μg;releveant coeffiecient r = 1. 000 0 （n =5） ; The average is 99. 1% with RSD 0. 31%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of strychnine.
