摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定果糖二磷酸钠注射液中果糖二磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用Prosphere C18柱,以甲醇-水(5∶95)为流动相;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为210 nm。结果:果糖二磷酸钠的浓度在2.5～100 g.L-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 7。平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.29%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好,与国家标准结果一致。Objective： To establish an external standard HPLC method for determination of Fructose sodium diphosphate. Method ： The liquid chromatography was carried out using Prosphere C18 column（300A,4.6mm × 250 mm,5 μm ）with detection wavelength at 210 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water （5： 95） with flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.5 - 100 g · L^-1, r =0.999 7. The average recovery （ n =9） was 100.0% with RSD 0.29%. Conclusion：This method was found to be simple and accurate.
