摘　　要：目前，全球每年有2000多万人患肺结核病,300多万人死于此病。我国的肺结核患者有590～600万。由于艾滋病的流行，细菌的耐药性，流动人口的增加和卫生保健基础设施差等因素世界肺结核人数正在上升。本文着重介绍了开发新抗结核杆菌药物的主要要求，肺结核病重新流行的原因以及近年来国内主要抗结核药物的市场情况和正在临床研究、开发的新药。Now,more than 20 million people suffer from pulmonary tuberculosis in the world each year,of which 3 million peopledied.There are 5.9～6 million patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in China.The pulmonary tuberculosis patients are increasing inthe world due to the epidemic of AIDS,drug resistance of bacteria,increase of floating population and inadequacy of basic facilitiesof health.This paper emphatically describes the main demands in developing new antituberculotics,the causes of reepidemic oftuberculosis,present condition of marketing of main antituberculotics in China and new drugs under clinical observation anddevelopment in recent years.
