口腔螺旋体对替硝唑敏感性观察

摘　　要：目的检测２４例重度牙周炎患者口腔螺旋体对替硝唑的敏感性。方法用替硝唑药膜治疗牙周炎，分别取用药前后患者的龈下菌斑涂片，用２％刚果红复染色在油镜下计数２００个细菌中螺旋体所占的比例。结果用药后牙周炎患者的临床指标及螺旋体的比例均明显降低。结论局部应用替硝唑能有效改善临床症状。Objective To test the effect of TNZ on oral spirochete among 24 patients with severe periodontitis.Methods Bacterial plaque samples were obtained before and after the administration of TNZ. The samples were stained with 2% Congo red. The persentage of spirochete was detected in every 200 bacteria under the oil immersion microscope.Results There was a signifiant fall in the clinical indices of the patients and the percentage of spirochete.Conclusion TNZ apparently alleviates periodontitis patients′ symptoms and reduces the number of spirochete in oral bacteria. It can inhibit periodontitis.
