摘　　要：目的探讨门静脉系统三维影像重组下选择性断流术治疗门静脉高压症的效果。方法分析2003年11月～2008年8月37例门脉高压症病人在门静脉三维影像重组下行选择性断流手术治疗的临床资料,分析其疗效。结果37例病人随访3个月～5年,29例病人无手术死亡,术后无近期出血和肝性脑病发生,食管静脉曲张明显改善。结论门静脉系统三维影像重组下选择性断流术治疗门静脉高压症安全有效的方法,门静脉三维影像重组对选择断流手术方式有重要价值。Objective To assess the value of 3DCT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in selecting disconnection of portalazygous venous collaterals. Methods Analysis the results of 37 patients with liver cirrhosis,portal hypertension who were treated with endoscopic variceal ligtion plus 3DCT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in selecting disconnection of portalazyous veous collaterals. Results All the patients were followed up from 3 moths to 6 year.Therewas no operative mortality, no short term rebleeding and no encephalopathy after operation. Conclusion 3DCT or MRA imaging to display whole portal venous system in selecting disconnection of portalazygous venous collaterals is a feasible,efftive,safe method. There is great value of three-dimensional imaging based on 3DCT or MRA in portal venous system to select operation.
